Mary Ann Kliethermes has over 25 years of experience as a clinician, manager, educator and innovator in pharmacy. A 1978 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Pharmacy undergraduate program, she obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia School of Pharmacy in 1981. Mary Ann's pharmacy experience includes direct patient care, management and consulting activities in inpatient hospital, home infusion, ambulatory care clinics and other areas. Mary Ann has been recognized for excellence and leadership in the Profession of Pharmacy. At the state level Mary Ann has held several offices and has been an active member for the Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists. Nationally, she recently served as the chair of the Section on Ambulatory Care for the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Mary Ann has six years of managing a Medication Therapy Management Clinic in an ambulatory care setting.

Mark Kliethermes also has over 25 years of experience in pharmacy. A 1981 Pharmacy graduate of Ferris State University , he received his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1987. Mark's interest and focus are directed to the business aspects of pharmacy. He is a true entrepreneur and has been involved with several startup companies at an ownership level and has consulted on many more. Mark's combined background allows him to transcend barriers and has a unique understanding of how the health care system works at many levels. Mark's grasp of technology has provided the opportunity to develop the Patient Care Manager with a conceptual design that integrates business and clinical worlds.
